As one of the oldest standing buildings on campus, Chittenden Hall has worn many hats since its construction in 1901. Originally designed for dairy operations, the building also housed the Department of Forestry, hence the name above the entrance, as well as various department offices before becoming home to the Graduate School in 2014.
