David Hunsberger: Summer Carillon Series - Enjoy a special Beaumont Tower recital by internationally acclaimed carillonist David Hunsberger, assistant carillonneur at the University of California, Berkeley, whose performances have delighted audiences across the United States and abroad.

Greens to Gardens: Jim Potchen Memorial Golf Scramble - Tee off for a good cause during the second annual Greens to Gardens golf scramble, which raises funds to support and preserve the MSU Radiology Healing Gardens for future generations.

Aug. 9

Deep Rooted Garden Workshop: Oak Gall Ink - These workshops with the Broad Art Museum focus on the relationship between plants and humans through art. Learn about the history of oak gall ink and see how it’s made, then make your own feather quills.

Beal Botanical Garden Tour: Forest Bathing - Join Beal for a summertime rest. Take time to connect with the garden and indulge your wellbeing through forest bathing invitations.

Music and the Garden: Tayovan Trio - Enjoy an outdoor performance by the Tayovan Trio as part of the Music and the Garden series, where chamber music and nature come together to celebrate the theme of Earth and the connections between music, place and the natural world.

Beal Footprints: A Feast for the Senses - Join Beal’s Collection Manager, Katie Fry, to explore Beal through its many unique textures, tastes and smells.

Welcome Back, SpARTans! - Welcome back, SpARTans! Stop by your free campus art museum to check out our exhibitions and screen print your own custom-designed pencil case to carry around campus.

Seeing in 360 Degrees: The Zaha Hadid Design Collection - Explore the innovative work of renowned architect and designer Zaha Hadid through an exhibition featuring experimental designs that reimagine everyday objects and spaces. See it now before it officially closes on Aug. 30.

Weekly Garden Volunteering on Wednesdays - Join in the garden on Wednesdays to help care for our collections and our space. No experience needed. Must be 18+ years to volunteer.
