MSU nominates five students for esteemed Goldwater Scholarship

The MSU Distinguished Student Awards Office has nominated five students for the Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship. Michigan State has produced 55 Goldwater Scholars.

MFA candidate uses art to create ‘Positive Africa’ movement

“9 to 5, The Musical” is a showcase of the effort of so many different students and faculty members — from the actors to the designers. The Department of Theatre covers all aspects of theater. With courses in acting, musical theater, costume design, stage management and more, the students can lead areas of Department of Theater productions with faculty mentors. 


Journalism grad wins first place in Hearst multimedia storytelling competition

Faith Cabalum, a recent grad from the School of Journalism, used the experience she gained from her digital storytelling major and documentary production minorto create her film “Over the years: A film about the human perspective on aging."
