Highlighted by seven home games, the Champions Classic and a trip to Hawaii for the Maui Invitational, Michigan State announced its men's basketball non-conference schedule for the 2024-25 season on Tuesday afternoon.
The 11-game non-conference schedule includes seven potential opponents who played in the 2024 NCAA Tournament.
The Spartans will play a pair of exhibition games to start the 2024-25 season, with Head Coach Tom Izzo bringing his team to the Upper Peninsula for a game at Northern Michigan (Oct. 13,) his alma mater.
MSU will host Ferris State in its second game on Tuesday, Oct. 29.
The regular season opens with a pair of games at the Breslin Center, first hosting Monmouth on Monday, Nov. 4 and then a game against Niagara on Thursday, Nov. 7.
