Seventy-seven fall semester graduates accomplished an enviable feat throughout their time at Michigan State University — earning a perfect GPA.

During its Dec. 13 meeting, the MSU Board of Trustees presented the graduating seniors with the Board of Trustees Award, which recognizes and honors their achievement of the highest scholastic average one can receive: a 4.0 GPA.

In addition to the award, the students will also be recognized during their individual commencement ceremonies in December and receive a special cord to adorn their robe.

The students honored for this achievement include:

• Yasmeena A. Aoude, who earned a bachelor’s in management from the Eli Broad College of Business and is from Novi, Michigan.
• Lauren E. Apostolakis, who earned a bachelor’s in human biology from Lyman Briggs College, is a member of the Honors College from Austin, Texas.
• Skye M. Armstrong, who earned a bachelor’s in graphic design from the College of Arts and Letters, is a member of the Honors College from Columbiaville, Michigan.
• Ryan D. Atkinson, who earned a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from the College of Engineering, is a member of the Honors College from Dundee, Michigan.
• Ansh Bahl, who earned a bachelor’s in neuroscience from the College of Natural Science, is a member of the Honors College and is from Rochester Hills, Michigan.
• Megan A. Baker, who earned a bachelor’s in human resource management from the Eli Broad College of Business, is a member of the Honors College from Rochester Hills, Michigan.
• Emma M. Bender, who earned a bachelor’s in English from the College of Arts and Letters and is from Harrison Township, Michigan.
