The MSU Broad Art Museum is kicking off fall with all new exhibitions at its fall opening party Sept. 8.
Drop in throughout the evening to explore the museum while enjoying tailgate-themed food and drinks, music from the Spartan Alumni Marching Band and Impact 89FM, photos with Sparty, screenprinting, glow painting, button making and more. All ages are welcome to this museum-wide party.
Michigan Speaker of the House Joe Tate, MSU Interim President Teresa K. Woodruff, Ph.D., and MSU Broad Art Museum Interim Director Steven L. Bridges will give opening remarks at 6:45pm.
At 8 p.m., things will “glow green, glow white” as all art-making activities transition to use glowing art supplies (like glow sticks, glow-in-the-dark paint and more).
Registration for this free event is encouraged.
