Michigan State is ranked No. 15 in the Preseason Associated Press Poll.
This marks the first time MSU has been ranked in the AP Preseason Poll since 2019 (No. 18). It's also the highest MSU has been ranked in the AP Preseason Poll since entering at No. 11 in 2018.
Since 1950, Michigan State has appeared in the Preseason AP Poll on 33 occasions.
