Architect Zaha Hadid once said, “There are 360 degrees, so why stick to one?” in reference to the 90 degree angles that make up most of conventional architecture. This design philosophy is at the heart of one of MSU’s most unique campus buildings, the Eli and Edythe Broad Museum. Members of the MSU Student Organic Farm help protect squash and sweet potato plants from pests by installing a floating row cover over the crops. The Student Organic Farm is a year-round teaching and production farm that offers fresh, organic produce to community members through their Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA, plan.
