Women's golf takes second at UCF challenge

The 13th-ranked Michigan State women's golf team got its spring schedule off to a strong start by taking second place in the UCF Challenge at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Orlando.

MSU finished the tournament 15-under-par 849, their lowest total of the season and tied for the third lowest in program history.

Junior Yurika Tanida had the best finish of her collegiate career as she tied for second place at 7-under-par 209.
