Peter Ahn's walk-off home run in the bottom of the 10th inning boosted Michigan State baseball to a wild 15-14 win over Merrimack Sunday afternoon at Fluor Field, home of the Greenville Drive.
Ahn blasted the second pitch he saw from Merrimack relief pitcher Jake Thibault off the top of the wall in right center and into the bullpen beyond the wall, sparking the Spartans' celebration. He was then met at home plate by the rest of his jubilant teammates.
