Impact 89 FM's Sci-Files to hold virtual Q& A session

By: Kamryn Romano

Students of all ages will have the opportunity to talk to Michigan State University scientists from The Sci-Files at 11 a.m. April 2 during a virtual Q&A session.

The Sci-Files is an award-winning, specialty show on Impact 89 FM, the MSU student radio station. On the show, Daniel Puentes and Chelsie Boodoo, two MSU graduate students, interview MSU students about their research.

Episodes can be found on your favorite podcast directory or on the Impact website, and new episodes air 9:30 a.m. on Sundays.

Young students are encouraged to tune in with their parents for a fun, interactive learning session.

The scientists specialize in a wide range of research. Some topics covered will be astronomy, inflammation, underwater robotics, bone health of racing horses, climate change, data science and bacterial infections.
