Michigan State upends Northwestern

During Wednesday night's Big Ten game, senior guard Cassius Winston scored 18 points to lead three players in double figures. No. 14 Michigan State secured the lead during the second half, resulting in a 79-50 win over Northwestern. 

Junior forward forward Xavier Tillman added 12 points, eight rebounds, four assists and two blocks, while sophomore guard Foster Loyer finished with 12 points and four assists.
