Michigan State's home-opening contest against Western Michigan scheduled for Thursday, March 14 has been postponed due to field conditions. The teams will instead play at Secchia Stadium on Wednesday, March 20 at 4:30 p.m.
Though the forecast for the originally-scheduled gameday is favorable, the weather forecast to that point will not allow for the outfield at Secchia Stadium dry out enough to be in game condition.
