The Michigan State men's basketball team conducted its first official practice of the 2018-19 season on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
Prior to the practice, head coach Tom Izzo met with the media and talked about the excitement that surrounds the team as he enters his 25th season.
Michigan State finished the 2018-19 season with a 32-7 overall record and advanced to the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament for a nation's-best eighth time in the last 21 years.
