Hoosiers earn sweep on IU senior night
Michigan State ran into a determined Indiana team on Sunday in Bloomington, as the Hoosiers took a 3-0 win on their senior day at Wilkinson Hall.
The Spartans, 14-14, 5-13 Big Ten, hit .265 in the match, and battled with IU through 28 tie scores and 12 lead changes. MSU was in each set late, but saw surges from the home team carry them over the finish line – especially in the final frame, where Indiana scored four of the final five points on kills.
