The Big Ten released its Preseason All-Big Ten teams on Monday, which included four Spartans.
Junior forward Mitchell Lewandowski and sophomore defenseman Dennis Cesana were both voted by the league's coaches to the second team, while senior forward Patrick Khodorenko and senior defenseman Jerad Rosburg earned honorable mention.
Michigan State will host Western Ontario on Monday, Oct. 7 in an exhibition game at Munn Ice Arena that will be free to all fans. The regular season begins Oct. 11-12 when the Spartans travel to Northern Michigan.
