Spartans edge No. 7 OSU

The Michigan State hockey team defeated seventh-ranked Ohio State, 3-2, on Saturday in Columbus in the final game of the regular season. With the game tied 1-1 after two periods, the Spartans scored twice in a span of 7:36 to grab the lead for good. Patrick Khodorenko (power-play), Mitchell Lewandowski and Brody Stevens scored for the Spartans (12-17-5, 8-12-4-2), who will meet Notre Dame in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament next weekend.
