Michigan State University hosts the first “Fascination of Plants Day: From Seed to Fruit” on May 20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Molecular Plant Sciences Building.
The public is invited to explore this green world, enjoy fun hands-on activities suitable for children and adults and meet researchers. Attendees will:
The goal of “Fascination of Plants Day” is to get as many people as possible around the world enthused about the importance of plant sciences for agriculture, forestry, non-food products and pharmaceuticals. The role of plants in environmental conservation is also a key message.
