The statue of John Hannah, MSU's longest-serving president (from 1941-69) is decked out to celebrate the Fourth of July. As part of the university's sesquicentennial celebration in 2005, MSU erected this 7-foot bronze statue, sculpted by California artist Bruce Wolfe.
