At the April 17 Board of Trustees meeting, 36 students were recognized with Board of Trustees’ Awards for having the highest scholastic average at the close of their last semester in attendance at Michigan State University.
They all received a 4.0 GPA.
The students also will be recognized at their spring commencements May 8-10.

Lauren Ballard of Novi. Ballard is an accounting major in The Eli Broad College of Business and a graduate of Novi High School.
Emily Biernat of Utica. Biernat is a genomics and molecular genetics major in the College of Natural Science and a graduate of Utica High School.
Rachel Brock of Grosse Pointe. Brock is a physiology major in the College of Natural Science and a member of the Honors College. She is a graduate of Grosse Pointe North High School.
