Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center hires new general manager for the State Room Restaurant

Michigan State University’s Spartan Hospitality Group welcomed new team member Paul Jennette as the general manager of the State Room Restaurant on Aug. 31.

“We are extremely excited to have Paul join our team at the Kellogg Center,” said Rebecca Selesky, hotel general manager. “His combined experience, talent, and creativity will enhance not only our signature State Room dining experience but also the Spartan Experience for all our customers."

Jennette comes to the Kellogg Center with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant/food and beverage industry, most recently serving as the restaurant club director at the Ritz-Carlton Club in Aspen, Colorado. He is a Level One Sommelier with extensive wine experience and has successfully established training programs.
