Anne Donovan, U.S. and West Cluster Transformation Leader for Human Capital at PricewaterhouseCoopers, will give a talk entitled “Diversity and Millennials: Politically Correct or Sound Business Strategy?” from 6 to 7 p.m. Oct. 23 in North Business College Complex room N100.
The lecture not only will discuss generational differences, but every kind of diversity in the workplace, including race, age, gender and sexual orientation. Donovan’s expertise in understanding the future generation of workers is widely recognized. She led PwC’s NextGen global study, which looked at how millennials see and impact the workplace.
