‘Rain – A Tribute to the Beatles' comes to Wharton

EAST LANSING, Mich. — Direct from its Broadway engagement, the internationally acclaimed Beatles concert, "RAIN - A Tribute To The Beatles," returns to Wharton Center's Cobb Great Hall for one show only 7 p.m. Jan. 30.

"RAIN" boasts a repertoire of nearly 200 Beatlemaniac favorites, ranging from "Yesterday" and "Hey Jude" to classic hits including "Revolution" and "Come Together."

Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 17. They may be purchased at the Wharton Center Box Office or at the Auto-Owners Insurance Ticket Office.

Together longer than The Beatles themselves, "RAIN" has mastered every song, gesture and nuance of the legendary group, delivering a totally live, note-for-note performance. From the early hits to later classics The Beatles never got the chance to play live, the multi-media concert recaptures the era through all phases of The Beatles' astounding musical career.

All the music is performed live, with no pre-recorded tapes or sequences.
