PoliMOVE-MSU race car participates in first-of-its-kind event at 2025 CES Indy Autonomous Challenge
A collaborative team of students and faculty from MSU and Italian University, Politecnico di Milano were one of the four teams to qualify for a first-of-its-kind multicar racing event at the 2025 Indy autonomous Challenge. Several MSU Mobility and College of Engineering faculty and team members were able to participate in a series of CES conference sessions, where they explored the future of autonomous driving, AI and other advanced technologies.
MSU online graduate civil engineering program earns high ranking by US News & World Report
For the first time ever, MSU has appeared in the online graduate civil engineering rankings with its program being ranked No. 5 among universities nationwide as well as No. 3 among public institutions.
Students, seniors forge friendships across generations
Through the MSU Social Science Scholars Program, MSU’s AgeAlive, and the Prime Time Seniors Program of East Lansing, students can spend time and connect with seniors, resulting in lasting friendships between them.
Honors College Diversity Research Showcase
The 8th Annual Diversity Research Showcase hosted by the Honors College welcomed participants from all 12 degree-granting colleges at MSU. Student presentations were evaluated by MSU faculty or staff judges.
MSU hosts 21st annual MLK Unity Dinner
MSU community gathered to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. during its 45th annual commemorative commencement. The celebration featured the achievements of the 2024-25 MLK Endowed Scholarship recipients, several student performances, and guest speakers.
MSU alumnus named as institution’s second Schwarzman Scholar
Mustafa Syed, a 2024 graduate, has been named a Schwarzman Scholar. Syed plans to leverage his experience with U.S. and Chinese startups to deepen his understanding of the Chinese economy and strengthen relationships with leaders across industries.
