The Civility Project is coming to the Wharton Center

Join journalists Nolan Finley and Stephen Henderson as they present: The Civility Project.

Finley and Henderson have been longtime friends, despite their different perspectives on pretty much everything. The one thing they agree on is the importance of their friendship —which includes a healthy dose of disagreement and mutual respect.

People are best when they engage in civil conversation with people of opposing views, but today, many feel they cannot do this.  The Civility Project seeks to help Americans build civility — in the workplace, political spheres or any social setting — by adopting basic principles in our interactions with others. Different opinions, shared with respect, can bring out the best on both sides and we can create meaningful relationships, even across great ideological divides.

Learn from these two thought leaders as they tell their story, share their perspectives and lead a lively conversation on the importance of civility.

To purchase tickets, visit the Wharton Center website, call 1-800-WHARTON or visit the ticket office.
