The Michigan State University Museum is excited to announce the spring semester Ignite Talks MSU, a dynamic event featuring passionate MSU student researchers sharing their ideas and expertise in a fast-paced and engaging format. Taking place on March 14 at the Cook Recital Hall in the Music Building, Ignite Talks MSU promises to captivate and inspire attendees.
Ignite Talks MSU offers a unique platform for MSU students to convey their research and ideas in a concise and impactful manner. Each of the 9 selected students will have just five minutes to present their topic, using 20 slides that automatically advance every 15 seconds, ensuring a high-energy and engaging experience for all.
Abbie Stevens, event organizer and MSU Museum program manager, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “Ignite Talks MSU empowers students to share their research in engaging and surprising ways with new audiences. We are thrilled to facilitate this innovative event on campus.”
The selected students represent diverse fields of study, showcasing the breadth of research and passion among MSU students. From engineering to veterinary medicine, and from natural sciences to linguistics, the talks are sure to enlighten and inspire.
