Performing arts can be a remarkable force of healing, providing moments of respite, joy, and connection when we need it most.
As our Spartan community continues to come together to support one another, Wharton Center for Performing Arts is pleased to offer free tickets to MSU undergraduate, graduate, and professional students for several performances this spring semester, including “The Boy Who Grew Flowers,” Imani Winds, The Okee Dokee Brothers, Cyrille Aimée, New York Philharmonic String Quartet, “Cross That River,” and “National Geographic Live: View from Above with NASA Astronaut Terry Virts.”
Undergraduate students can access the offer through the student ordering page. There is a 2-ticket limit per event, delivered via mobile ticketing. Graduate and professional students will need to visit the Wharton Center ticket office in person with their MSU ID to receive free tickets via this promotion.
Ensuring that students have access to dynamic, world-class programming is central to Wharton Center’s mission to inspire the mind and move the soul through the performing arts. In addition to the free tickets available this spring semester, student discount tickets are available year-round for most shows, including Broadway.
The Wharton Center Ticket Office is open 10am–6pm, Monday through Friday, and can be reached by phone at 517.432.2000. The free student ticket offer does not apply to previously purchased tickets.
