Practice makes perfect

As football season returns with Friday night’s game against Central Michigan, we’re just as eager to see the team take to the field as we are to see the Spartan Marching Band, the second oldest marching band in the Big Ten conference and one of the most iconic bands in the country. In the weeks leading up to game day, the SMB’s 305 members work tirelessly to perfect their routines, ensuring a powerful and dynamic performance that inspires and energizes both players and spectators alike.
