Michigan State's men's basketball team returns back to Big Ten Conference play on Thursday, Jan. 2, hosting Illinois. Tipoff is slated for 8 p.m. on FS1.
The game against Illinois is the first of three-straight Big Ten Conference games in the next week at home, as MSU hosts Michigan on Jan. 5 and Minnesota on Jan. 9. The Spartans played seven of their first 11 games on the road or in neutral sites and are in the midst of a five-game homestand.
