Michigan State track and field concluded weekend action at the Music City Challenge Saturday by posting personal records on several events for the second-straight day.
The Spartans got a win from Justine Kiprotich in the men's 800-meters, and a second-place finish from Sophia Franklin in the women's pole vault.
"We had a pretty good day today, good people continue to do really good things, and some of our young people are really starting to make some progress," director of track and field Walt Drenth said.
