Michigan State men's soccer team was voted No. 7 in the United Soccer Coaches Preseason Poll, as announced on Tuesday by the United Soccer Coaches.
The Spartans finished the 2019 season with an overall record of 14-5-4 and a 4-2-2 Big Ten record earning a trip to the NCAA College Cup for the first time since 1968. MSU ended the season ranked No. 4 in the United Soccer Coaches poll and was one of three Big Ten teams to finish in the top 10 along with Maryland (No. 1) and Indiana (No. 3).
