Cameron Caffey wins gold at 2018 Junior Pan-American Championships

Michigan State redshirt freshman wrestler Cameron Caffey earned two gold medals at the 2018 Junior Pan-American Championships in Fortaleza, Brazil over the weekend. Caffey earned Greco-Roman gold at 87 kg on Friday, August 17 prior to winning freestyle gold at 92kg on Sunday, August 19.

The Carbondale, Ill. native finished the weekend with a 7-0 record across both tournaments and won six of his seven matches by way of technical superiority.
