The Michigan State University College of Music presents the second annual Music in the Garden Concert Series from June 28 to September 7.
Bring a blanket and experience music in a beautiful setting. The concerts, one each month throughout the summer, include four chamber ensemble performances in the W. J. Beal Botanical Garden. The series presents the Spartan Student Jazz Combo; M.I. Concerts Percussion and Flute Duo; Brass Tacks Quartet; and Spectra Saxophone Quartet.
The MSU Food Truck and Dairy Story ice cream will be available to the audience during the performances. The rain location for all four concerts is the Music Building across the street. Concerts are free and open to the public.
