The Haunted Aud, an annual event sponsored by the Department of Theatre, is a fundraising event to help further the experiences of theater students. Money raised support the grants awarded by stART, a student organization affiliated with the Department of Theatre where, based on how many hours students work for selected stART activities, they receive grants that can be used to help them with their careers.
This year's production, "Camp Red Cedar," is led by theater students Brooke Lys and Joseph Lancour, who spent weeks coordinating and preparing "Camp Red Cedar."
“A lot of seniors use the grant money to go on a senior showcase in New York, Chicago or Los Angeles,” Lys said. “Our record for the most money raised during Haunted Aud is more than $30,000, and we will try to beat that amount."
