State Room wins award of excellence for 11th year

The State Room Restaurant, inside of the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center, is a recipient of Wine Spectator magazine’s "Best of Award of Excellence" for the 11th consecutive year.

Recipients of the award typically offer more than 350 selections of wine as well as show a deep passion for wine, service and presentation. Wine Spectator gives this award to venues with a wine list that features many varieties of regions, grapes and producers complemented by an excellent presentation.

The State Room is one of 1,093 restaurants nationally to receive Wine Spectator’s second-tier award, Best of Award of Excellence. They are one of 10 venues in Michigan to receive this award and the only site in the Capital Regional area. The State Room offers more than 400 selections of wine by the bottle and 18 by the glass offerings.
