Students curate 'Working America, Unexpected Stories' exhibition

Undergraduate students in professor Susan J. Bandes' Curatorial Practices course have assembled and curated "Working America, Unexpected Stories," an exhibition that presents a variety of subjects and mediums that explore the many facets of work in America.

The exhibition includes 30 objects that explore the social, economic, cultural and environmental issues related to work in America since the early 20th century, including examples of Michigan work.

The exhibition hours are 1-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; 1-7 p.m. on Friday; and 1-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

The exhibition runs from April 18-27 at the lower level galleries of the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum.
