Raven Jones Stanbrough studies curriculum, instruction, and teacher education under professors Patricia Edwards and Django Paris in the College of Education. A recipient of the Spirit of Detroit Award for urban education engagement, Stanbrough supervises student teachers in the Metro-Detroit area where she plans to return after earning her doctorate.
She is one of the outstanding graduate students who are being profiled as part of The Grad Factor project. The project features a new student each week. Watch the video above to learn more about her work.
