Pianist and MSU College of Music faculty member Minsoo Sohn will perform a faculty recital at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 22 in the Fairchild Theatre of MSU’s Auditorium. He will play the Goldberg Variations BWV988 by Johann Sebastian Bach.
Sohn’s CD of Bach’s Goldberg Variations was named one of the top 25 recordings of 2011 by the New York Times. His live performances of Bach’s work have been broadcast on CBS and NPR’s “Performance Today.”

General admission tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for senior citizens and free for students with ID and those under 18.
