Food processors can earn their required Food and Drug Administration processing and canning certification by completing courses offered March 17-21 at the MSU Crop and Soil Science Teaching and Research Center.
Enrollment can be completed and more information on the courses can be found here. Registration feels will include tuition, a textbook, lunches and refreshments.
The courses will be sponsored by the MSU Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition and the Grocery Manufacturers Association Science and Education Foundation.
