Michigan State University Federal Credit Union announces new call center managers

Patrick McPharlin, president and chief executive officer of MSU Federal Credit Union, is pleased to announce the promotion of Anthony Brown and Andy Clark to call center managers.

Brown has been with MSUFCU since February 2013 and was previously an Assistant Branch Manager at the Mason Branch before being promoted to Call Center Manager. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in organizational administration and is a volunteer for Junior Achievement of Mid-Michigan.

Clark has worked for MSUFCU since March 2013, previously serving as a loan adjuster before being promoted to call center manager. He received a Bachelor of Arts in fitness management with a minor in health from Olivet College.

“We look forward to seeing the great things that Mr. Brown and Mr. Clark will bring to our call center,” said McPharlin. “The hard work shown in their previous roles will bring success to their new positions.”
