Nathan Maher, University Services assistant director, has been named the president of the University Materials Managers Roundtable for 2013-14.
The University Materials Managers Roundtable’s mission is to provide structure, resources and insight for university material management and logistics operations by fostering a continuous sharing of ideas and experiences that will enhance efficiency and reliability of each organization.
The Roundtable’s departments typically include central receiving and delivery functions for campus, storeroom and warehouse operations including office supplies, maintenance and repair items, gas cylinders, janitorial supplies and cafeteria restaurant supplies that are used on campus.
