MSU's Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition will host a presentation called "Genomic Approaches to Reduce Susceptibility to Dietary Carcinogens" 4 p.m. March 28 in room 1135 S. Anthony Hall.
Roger A. Coulombe, Jr., toxicology professor from Utah State University, will present the Sara Lee Endowed Lectureship seminar.
The presentation is part of the FSHN's "Food Safety, Nutrition and Health" seminar series.
