Wharton Center volunteers start Wharton Center book club

Members of Wharton Center's INNER CIRCLE volunteer group have established a book club at the East Lansing Barnes and Noble store. The new club will read and discuss books that have something in common with upcoming Wharton Center productions. All discussions will take place from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Barnes and Noble Café, 333 E. Grand River, East Lansing. "YourSoul's Compass," by Joan Borysenko and Gordon Dveirin, will be discussed Feb. 4, with Borysenko scheduled to speak at Wharton Center at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 16 as part of the APCapital World View Lecture Series. The "God Delusion," by Richard Dawkins, will be discussed March 4. Grace Haley will lead the discussion. Dawkins is scheduled to speak at Wharton Center at 7:30 p.m. March 2 as part of the APCapital World View Lecture Series.
