For the second time this season, Michigan State sophomore Allyson Geer has been named the Big Ten Golfer of the Week, it was announced by the conference on March 28.
Geer recorded her third runner-up finish of the season this past weekend by tying a school record score. The Brighton native shot a 9-under-par 207 (67-70-70) at the Clemson Invitational, which tied for the lowest individual 54-hole tournament score in program history, and was just one shot off the lead.
