Summer dinner at the W.K. Kellogg Manor House

As summer comes to a close, enjoy a Spanish-themed four-course dinner at the historic W.K. Kellogg Manor House on Aug. 26.

The menu for the evening will feature white corn tortilla chips and jicama served with fresh pico de gallo and guacamole, roasted corn and queso fresco salad, char-broiled skirt steak with chiles and fresh chimichurri, tequila lime shrimp, Spanish rice, slow cooked black beans, and for dessert, crème caramel.

The dinner will take place from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 26 at the W.K. Kellogg Manor House. The cost of the dinner is $43.89/member and $48.76/non-member, which includes tax. A cocktail menu will also be provided at the event. Cash and all major credit cards will be accepted for cocktail payments.
