‘Breathe Easy’ smoking cessation program information session set for Sept. 23

The information session for "Breathe Easy, "MSU’s tobacco and nicotine cessation program, will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 23 in room 247 of the Olin Health Center.

The program is open to all MSU faculty, staff and graduate assistants who want to quit using tobacco and nicotine. Space is limited, so interested employees are encouraged to sign up to attend the orientation as soon as possible. Units are encouraged—but not required—to allow staff release time to attend the orientation session.

To apply to the program, employees or their adult benefits-eligible family members can call (517) 353-2596 or email Health4U@msu.edu. Participants may attend the orientation without being obligated to enroll in the program.
