The MSU men's and women's basketball teams are playing in their respective NCAA tournaments this March.
The men's basketball team has earned an NCAA bid for the 17th straight year and was named a No. 4 seed in the East Region. The Big Ten Tournament Champion Spartans (26-8) will face No. 13 seed Delaware (25-9) March 20 in Spokane, Wash. Read more at msuspartans.com.
The women's basketball team received a bid to the NCAA Tournament for the 14th time in program history, receiving a No. 5 seed in the Stanford Region. The Spartans, who appear in the tournament for the sixth-straight season and for the 11th time in the last 12 seasons, will face No. 12-seed Hampton (28-4) at 12:30 p.m. March 23 in Chapel Hill, N.C.
