Are you a High School Has-Been? Spartan Performance wants you!

Spartan Performance is looking for former high school or college athletes wanting to bring their game to the next level.

Starting in January, the MSU-based, sports-performance facility will offer a training program - High School Has-Beens - to MSU students, staff and faculty, and other adult community members looking to amp up their physical activity. The program is perfect for current club or adult league athletes as well.

High School Has-Beens will give local adult athletes of all ages the ability to train in a state-of-the-art facility with equipment not available at the local gym. The program consists of functional training in a group setting and includes; sprinting, agility, reaction time, quickness, mobility, plyometric, jumping, strength training, conditioning and nutrition.

Participants must be healthy and able to participate in intense exercise based on a physical activity readiness screening.

Spring session begins January 12 through May 8, 2015. Training packages vary.
