Professor welcomed into International Cereal Association

Food science and human nutrition professor Perry Ng was inducted into the ICC, the International Association for Cereal Science and Technology.

The ICC is a research group committed to developing standard methods of food management. Their goal is to improve food safety and quality around the world.

The induction took place at the 14th ICC cereal and bread congress in Beijing, China on August 7, 2012.

More than 30 countries from five different continents are represented in the ICC. There are currently 34 Fellows in the ICC Academy with five from the USA.
