Michigan Fresh publishes fact sheets on carrots, cauliflower and tomatoes

Michigan Fresh has published fact sheets about the storage and preservation of carrots, cauliflower and tomatoes.

This fact sheet recommends varieties, gives food safety and storage tips and provides information on methods for preserving. It also includes yield charts, and directions and recommended processing times for canning.
